Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Fursure, we understand that circumstances can change. We aim to make our cancellation and refund policy fair and straightforward for our valued customers.

  1. Cancellation within the Free-Look Period: If you decide to cancel your policy within the first 30 days of purchasing the policy and no claims have been made, we will provide a full refund of the premium paid.
  2. Cancellation after the Free-Look Period: If you decide to cancel your policy after the first 30 days and no claims have been made, we will provide a prorated refund based on the unused portion of your policy.
  3. Overpayment Refunds: If an overpayment occurs on your policy, we will refund the amount overpaid by applying a credit to your account or refunding directly to your original method of payment.

Please note that all cancellations and refunds need to be requested in writing via email.

Pre-existing Conditions + Waiting Periods: Please be aware that if you cancel your policy and then decide to reinstate it or open a new policy in the future, any conditions that appeared during the term of the previous policy will be considered pre-existing conditions and may not be covered under the new policy.  Waiting periods are also reset if you decide to purchase a new policy at a later date.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a written cancellation request. The refund will be credited to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.

This cancellation and refund policy is subject to change and can be reviewed periodically. Any changes will be communicated to policyholders in a timely manner.
